If you are a member of the Settlement Classes, then you will Object to this Settlement or any component of the Settlement that you think the Court should deny, and also the Court will consider your views. What benefits can I receive from the Settlement?
Under the Settlement, uber class action safe ride has agreed To provide monetary reimbursement to Class Members who timely submit legal claims. The quantity of the tests are not yet known. The overall Settlement Fund is $20,000,000.
